Disappointed with Range Quality and Whirlpool Rep

We bought matching Whirlpool Range, Refrigerator and Dishwasher from Lowes. When the range was delivered, we noticed the bottom drawer on the range did not match and was not fingerprint-resistant stainless steel. Called Lowes and they stated to bring range drawer in. Brought drawer into Lowes and they agreed that it did not match and was not fingerprint-resistant stainless steel like the rest of the range. So, they replaced with a drawer off the showroom floor and we were okay with that. At first, we did not start using the oven as much since we have a large toaster convection oven and I don't bake a lot. But, when we started used the range oven the heat was an issue from the start. So far, the refrigerator and dishwasher (besides a squeaky top rack already) are working okay. Since, this is the first range convection oven we have owned....we thought the leaking heat was from the convection fan. But, the oven leaks out a lot of heat and the sides and top edge get very hot to touch. We have had 3 service calls and one of the guys dismantled the range to rearrange the insulation, put on a new door frame and fixed the bottom panel which was ajar. He stated that it appears that the range was dropped since it would take a lot of force for the bottom panel to dislodge. Plus, it was strange that the bottom drawer did not match. Most likely, the original drawer got dented and someone just stuck another drawer there which was not finger-print resistant stainless steel. The heat issue is a little better...but, it still gets our open floor plan area very warm. So, I don't want to use the oven (especially during the hot summer) because it literally heats up my house by 10 to 15 degrees. We have an open floor plan with eat in kitchen and anyone who is around complains how hot the area gets when using the oven. So, I have to bump the A/C down by 5 or more degrees....but, the kitchen area is noticeably hotter. After 3 repair services, Whirlpool has stated that the range "meets the standards" and will not replace or refund. Well, the range does not meet our standards....unless we want to sit in a hot oven!
